Out of all the shows that I had the opportunity to see during LG Fashion Week, my favourite was Sid Neigum. His collection (for both men and women) was full of black fur, leather, long oversized black and grey dresses, plus various versions of the traditional peacoat. The show was both dark and mysterious leaving me wanting more!
After Sid Neigum's show, it was refreshing to see a hint of colour in Basch's Fall/Winter 2011 collection. Lime green belts, cuffs and heels added a pop of colour to many of the black and grey outfits worn down the runway.
Lastly, Heather Lawton's studio show recreated that dark and mysterious ambiance felt during Sid Neigum's show earlier that day. All models had striking white hair and strutted down the runway wearing jackets with over-sized hoods, black fur and leather.
