soles - 52 project

Recently, Carrie Hayden, the executive producer of a music performance web series called the 52 Project, approached me about using Charlie as a venue for one of their videos. These videos are spear-headed by Toronto, Singer/Songwriter Soles (aka Erik Solarski) and feature Toronto artists in uniquely Toronto locations. I did a bit of research and quickly fell in luv with their concept.

The 52 Project is a one-a-week endeavor, which means they develop the idea, learn the music, invite and confirm the other musicians, film, edit and release each video in seven days. All of that in SEVEN DAYS!!!! And they're doing this for an entire year! It takes an insane amount of drive, passion and commitment to keep something like this going, so of course I wanted to support it! 

Yesterday they filmed video number 20 in the boutique. Everyone involved was absolutely lovely and we had such a great time! I've posted all of their links below, so please take a moment and check out their work! And of course we'll post the video as soon as it's complete!
